Standard is regular upkeep — kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces wiped, fixtures scrubbed, floors vacuumed and mopped. It's the every-visit clean.

Deep Clean covers the same rooms with about twice the time, and reaches what a standard visit doesn't: inside the oven and refrigerator, grout, baseboards and ceiling fans. Pick it for a first clean, or when it's been a while.

Move In/Out is a deep clean plus the inside of every cabinet, drawer, closet, the pantry and the freezer — only possible once the furniture is gone. If your place is still furnished, choose Deep Clean.

We clean under the stove and refrigerator as far as we can reach. If you move them out before we arrive, we'll clean behind them too.

No. Tell us how to get in when you book — you'll be home, a doorman holds a key, or you describe another way — and we take it from there.

As long as you do it 24 hours before your appointment, it's free. Past 24 hours there's an $80 fee, as we're unable to fill that time slot on such short notice.

If you aren't absolutely thrilled with your cleaning, we'll come back and re-clean it free. If you still aren't happy, we'll refund 100% of your money. No questions asked, no hoops.

Yes. Our products are safe for pets and children. If you'd like us to use harsher products, give us a call or email first to confirm we can accommodate your needs.

Yes. You may request the same cleaner for every cleaning, or ask for a new cleaner to be assigned.

No. We provide everything necessary to complete the job. If you want a specific product used, leave it out and make a note in the instructions.
