The Marine Clean Guarantee
If you tell us within 48 hours that any area included in your booking was missed or below standard, we'll return and re-clean those areas at no additional charge. This is our sole remedy. The guarantee covers the work itself and does not include discounts, credits or other financial adjustments.
Appointment arrival times
While Maid Marines's teams always aim to arrive on-time, road conditions and other unfortunate conditions do arise. As a result, Maid Marines's cleaners may arrive 30 minutes on each side of the scheduled hour; e.g. if your cleaning is scheduled for 12pm, we may arrive from 11:30am to 12:30pm.
What we do not clean
Maid Marines does not offer steam cleaning, carpet shampooing, or laundry. Our flat-rate does not account for homes that are post-construction cleanings, hoarding homes, large party cleanup, or frat homes. For insurance reasons the cleaners cannot lift any objects heavier than 30 pounds. For our cleaners safety they cannot clean bodily fluids, mold, or other biohazards. The cleaners do not clean outside areas, fireplaces or the exterior of windows.
Resolving issues and negative reviews
Maid Marines requires 5 business days to resolve any and all issues that occur before leaving associated negative reviews on any public facing Maid Marines webpage (e.g. Google+, Yahoo Local, Yelp, Angie's List). This cooldown period allows both Maid Marines and its client to work together to attempt to best resolve matters in a way that keeps relations in a positive standing.
Revisions and errata
The materials appearing on Maid Marines's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Maid Marines does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Maid Marines may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Maid Marines does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Existing damages
If the customer is notified of any damages before the cleaning finishes, any damage claims are void. Maid Marines will reimburse for damages in the form of refunding the cleaner to cover the cost of repair. Customers must provide images of damage of both before and after the cleaning along with proof that damages were caused at the time of the cleaning. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning.
Quality assurance
Maid Marines reserves the right to take photographs inside of the client's home, on rare occasion, for quality assurance purposes, with the intent of internal use only.
Legal jurisdiction
Maid Marines operates in the jurisdiction of Pennsylvania. You agree to handle any legal action within East Stroudsburg, PA.
