• Who will do the cleaning?
  All of our cleaning ladies are highly personable, professionally trained employees (not contractors). You will love your cleaner!
• Can I request the same or a different cleaner?
  Yes. You may request to have the same cleaner for every cleaning, or to have a new cleaner assigned.
• Do I need to supply anything?
  No. We provide everything necessary to complete the job. In the case you want a specific product used, please leave it out and make a note in the instructions for us.
• Can I just have the common areas cleaned?
  Yes. Please schedule your cleaning as an hourly appointment for the minimum amount of time (2 hours), and in the instructions, make a note of what you'd like cleaned. We'll take care of the rest.
• Can I cancel my booking without calling?
  Yes. On your account page you can manage all of your bookings, including canceling them.
• What is your policy on canceling and/or rescheduling?
  As long as you do it 24 hours before your appointment, it's free. Past 24 hours, there will be a $80 fee incurred as we'll be unable to fill that time slot on such short notice.
• Are you bonded and insured?
  We are fully bonded and insured. Our employees undergo thorough background checks too.
• Do you use green products?
  Yes. Our products are safe for pets and children. If you'd like us to use harsher products, please give us a call or email first to confirm that we can accommodate your needs.
